I have started experimenting with meditation 1-2 years ago, and have been on and off since then. I have used popular apps such as Calm and Headspace, which were easy to use and suited for beginners. During the times when I have been practising, I felt calmer and more focused, and hence have recently resumed my practice on a more regular basis.
