Principles (Ray Dalio)

I have been following Bridgewater and Ray Dalio for a while now. For those who do not know him, he is probably the most successful hedge fund manager who has ever lived, known for his controversial organization/management approach based on radical truth and radical transparency (if he thinks your idea is stupid, he will tell you – and he expects you to do the same to him. And he will also tape that so everyone can see that too). His principles were published a while back (excerpt here), but more recently, he also  published a book (‘Principles’) and gave a Ted talk (link). Even though you may not agree with everything, the principles are well worth learning about and reflecting upon.
